I did not receive a confirmation email or see an order confirmation page. Has my product been ordered?

If you did not see an order confirmation page or receive an order confirmation email an error has occurred and the order has not been submitted. Please reorder and email sales@1click2computers.com

I think I may have placed a duplicate order by mistake. What should I do?

Send an email to sales@1click2computers.com. Please include your full name, order number and the details of your order. Please do not include credit card information in email correspondence

After I have submitted an order, how can I track the progress of my order?

Please check the order status page. When information is available shipment tracking details will be available.

Can I change my order or items in my order after it has been submitted?

You can change your order before it is shipped. If you decide to change or cancel the order after it is shipped please do not open the box and email sales@1click2computers.com to make arrangements for return of the product. We will not accept open box returns. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us and there will be 10% restocking charge.

The time it takes to process an order is subject to availability and warehouse to customer proximity.

Separate orders cannot be combined. However, several products may be placed on a singular order and receive a single shipping rate.

No, we do not have a walk-in location. All products are to be shipped directly to our customers. It has been our experience that this method allows the customer to receive their goods in the most timely fashion possible.
